Alliance Restoration & Shell, a division of TRM Construction Management, was established in 2015 to expand services in hurricane restoration and shell construction. With over 30 years of industry experience, our leadership has completed more than $150 million in commercial and residential restoration projects, beginning with post-disaster work following Hurricane Andrew in 1992.

Established in 1991, TRM Construction Management, with licenses in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, is a Commercial General Contractor that specializes in construction management, commercial construction, custom homes, and restoration projects.
Although our headquarters is located in Port St. Lucie, we serve all of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts of the state. In 2012, we opened offices in Philadelphia, PA and Toms River, NJ to bring our unique expertise in commercial restorations (whether it’s a result of a flood, wind, fire, or other natural disasters) to assist in rebuilding post-Superstorm Sandy, whose effects are still felt long after the floodwaters have receded. TRM continues to provide hurricane restoration services across the region.

Rick Miller, the principal owner has been licensed Certified General Contractor in Florida since 1983 and is a licensed General Contractor in NJ, PA, and CO. We have completed numerous commercial construction, re-construction, and building restoration projects nationwide totaling well over $150 Million.
