Alzheimer Care Center
Alliance Restoration completed the shell of a 6,000 SqFt Commercial Building. This facility is currently being used as a daycare center for people with Alzheimers and also as center of worship.
West Elm Furniture Store
Alliance Restoration and Construction has been contracted to complete the demolition and build-out of several units a total of 27,000 SqFt in City Place, West Palm Beach. Including the West Elm Furniture Store
Machu Picchu
Alliance is in contract to construct a tenant build out on the brand new Machu Picchu restaurant located in Port St Lucie. The total build-out will be 3,700 sqft. TRM will provide our client with a timely and quality build-out for their second location in Port St Lucie.
Jeremiah's Italian Ice
Alliance Restoration completed the tenant build out of a 1,100 SqFt Ice Cream shop located in Vero Beach.
Orange Blossom Mall
Alliance completed Hurricane Irma restoration work on a 275,000 SqFt building. Orange Blossom Business Center, in Fort Pierce, was damaged due to excessive rain and floodwaters.
Avalon Lot 25 & 6
Alliance Restoration completed the shell on two 2,700 SqFt beach front homes located on North Hutchison Island.
Saddlebrook Drive Shell
Alliance has completed the residential renovation design build of this 1,700 SqFt home located in Fort Pierce. Alliance has completed the construction of this home to not only beautiful for our client but to provide functional and safe conditions for their new home.
